2. Quality & Specifications

3. Commercial & Payment Terms
For standard institutional orders, a 50% advance payment is required to process the dispatch, and the remaining 50% must be paid prior to delivery, unless a pre-approved credit period or government tender term applies. Prices mentioned on quotes are subject to change based on raw material costs and taxation rules.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We supply securely across India using certified logistics partners suitable for handling medical devices. While we ensure dispatch within the committed timeframe, Mirna Enterprises is not liable for transport delays caused by extreme weather, roadblocks, or unavoidable logistical issues.
5. Returns & Replacements
Due to the critical nature of medical and surgical supplies, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging for replacement consideration.
